VILLA FARNETA - A Luxury Italian Villa....

Villa Farneta is an elegant, 17th century Italian luxury villa, furnished with antique furnishings from the 18th and 19th centuries, it offers a relaxing environment full of charm. The villa lies in the hills surrounding Lucca, located in a panoramic position looking out on the old Farneta Abbey and is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodlands.
and provides an ideal environment for relaxation while offering every modern convenience. The owners lived in the Villa for ten years and have recently moved to another house located at the edge of the extensive grounds.
The surrounding grounds are part garden, part olive and cypress grove also partly wooded.

The lounge area and swimming pool (6x12 m) is equipped with chaise loungers and various other details which promise total and complete relaxation.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with several doors on to the gardens, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and a large fire place, a billiard room with another fireplace and a small wine-cellar for guest use with a wide range of special Italian wines (not included in the rental fee) and a bathroom with shower. A utility room is equipped with washer, dryer and iron. There is a separate area where guests can work at a lap-top in complete comfort and quiet.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower and bathtub (one of these is a jacuzzi). There is a twin bedroom with bathroom ,shower and bath tub and another twin bedroom with a fabulous terrace which looks out on to the swimming pool area.

On the second floor there is one double bedroom with bathroom,shower and bathtub and one bedroom with three single beds which has a bathroom with shower. There is a large recreation room with separate spa, dry sauna and shower, separate gym and private body treatment area.
