This villa is the perfect venue for special occasions like birthday or anniversary celebrations, weddings, family reunions, small business retreats, or just a group of friends vacationing together.

This magnificent residence occupies a stunning hillside location overlooking the crystal waters of the Caribbean. The property is nestled in an acre of landscaped tropical gardens on the exclusive Cap Estate, just 200m from the nearest sandy beach. The Estate is also the home to St. Lucia’s only 18-hole golf course.

Formerly an Embassy, accommodation in this beautiful villa is comfortable and well appointed. The Villa offers nine-air-conditioned, sea view guestrooms, all with en-suite facilities and cable TV. You are guaranteed a friendly welcome and personal service throughout your stay.

Villa Facilities

First Floor (4 bedrooms)

• The master suite has a four poster bed, island furniture and a small fridge. There is a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub located in the right wing of the top floor of the Villa.
• Two further bedrooms have double beds, one of which is a four poster bed, both have en-suite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the Caribbean Sea with hammocks.
• The fourth bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed with en-suite and excellent views from the three windows.
• All the bedrooms have cable TV and air conditioning.
• There is a kitchen and buffet area with TV DVD & VCR.
• A further powder room.
• The Dining room overlooking the Caribbean can accommodate up to a maximum of 20 people.
• Home entertaining centre with two large settees has a movie library and CD collection for all ages.
• The catering kitchen is fully equipped.

Ground Floor (5 bedrooms)

• One bedroom has a double bed and three of the bedrooms have two double beds with en-suite.
• The fifth room the Villa’s family room has three double beds with en-suite and has a connecting door to the final room, which is ideal for families with small children, has a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
• All the bedrooms have cable TV and air conditioning.
• There is a terrace bar with a large wooden open-deck, library corner with stereo and a pay phone (coin/credit card). The pool is surrounded by a wooden deck and has a gazebo at the edge of the deck.
• The newly added deck has extended the bar area and is now an outstanding feature ideal for sunset views, and candlelit dinners and stargazing at night.
• In the grounds of the property are romantic hammocks, wooden and stone benches all for relaxation.
• The price includes the staffing of the Villa. The Chef Mon to Fri Cooks 7.30am to 9.30pm, Sat & Sun 8am to 9pm. Housekeepers Mon to Sun 9am to 4pm and Gardener Mon to Fri from 8am.
